Jaime Vinck, MC, LPC, NCC, CEIP, joined Sierra Tucson in 2014 as Chief Clinical Officer and oversaw all clinical services. In 2015, Jaime was promoted to Chief Operations Officer, where she led several strategic operational initiatives and spoke nationally on topics as Compassion Fatigue and Provider Resilience, The Mature Adult Treatment Experience, and The Importance of Collaboration when Treating Co-occurring Disorders. In December of 2017, Jaime was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Sierra Tucson, Jaime held leadership positions with Journey Healing Centers and maintained a successful private practice in Scottsdale, AZ. Prior to entering behavioral health, Jaime had a successful career in Human Resource Management in the Automotive and Wireless Communication industries. Jaime has a bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University, a master’s in counseling from Ottawa University, and is enrolled in the Doctor of Behavioral Health Program at Arizona State University.
